Some of my friends have asked me why I do not make any New Years Resolution. It is because I find it incredibly stupid. If you want the year to be different you go out and do it yourself. You do not need anyone to hold your hand or believe some higher being to come down and tell you, “I am here to help you”. It does not work that way. And yes, I am Roman Catholic and I do believe in God but this is my life and I am on my own path in life. God and Jesus is just just me along this weird ride. If you want things to be different you need to go out there and do it yourself. Do things you normally do not do and try to do them. Here are some of the things I want to do in 2013

Onigiri the Japanese rice ball wrapped in dried nori. My first time trying Onigiri was at Tajima Restaurant. The onigiri had dried bonito flakes as a filling and topping. To the right of the onigiri was pickled radish.
